Spaghetti Carbonara - Spaghetti alla carbonara

What to say about Carbonara? It's one of the most traditional and simple Italian dish from Rome, where it is also made with Rigatoni instead of spaghetti. Travelling all over the world I have seen so many "strange" versions of this pasta: with cream, with 1 egg on the top with peas...I cannot recall them all. I do not say they are not good but they are not Carbonara. Here you have the easy and real Italian Carbonara recipe. Buon appetito!
